Company Disclaimer - $14.95/mo As legal and compliance risks grow, Company Disclaimer is an effective way to enforce a company-wide email policy. This feature lets you impose a legal disclaimer policy on all email that your staff sends outside your organization, and end-users cannot edit or remove the disclaimer from their email. You have the option to add legal and company signatures to all emails sent out of your Exchange account. You can also format, including font, color, size, and other options.
